Privacy Policy

Name, email address, and Google Calendar event data (event titles, times, and attendee information) when you connect your Google Calendar.

To power scheduling coordination between friends: finding mutual availability, creating shared events, and syncing bookings to your calendar.

Bookdt uses the Google Calendar API to read your calendar events (to determine availability) and create/update events (when bookings are made). We request only the minimum scopes needed: reading events and managing events. We do not access any other Google services or data.

Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure (the Base44 platform, operated by Wix), which is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001 certified. We protect your data with the following measures:

• Encryption in transit: all data exchanged between your device, Bookdt, and connected services (including Google) is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
• Encryption at rest: stored data, including your account information and calendar data, is encrypted at rest.
• Protected credentials: your Google Calendar connection tokens are stored per-user in encrypted form, are never exposed to other users, and are used only to sync with your Google Calendar on your behalf.
• Access controls: access to systems holding user data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by authentication controls.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Within Bookdt, your calendar data is only visible to friends you have explicitly connected with.

We rely on trusted service providers to operate Bookdt and share data with them only as needed to run the service:

• Base44 (operated by Wix.com Ltd.) provides our backend, data storage, and AI assistant, and is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001 certified. Our optional AI assistant runs on Base44's agent platform; when you use it, your scheduling context (including your calendar event titles and times, your availability, and your Bookdt meeting and friends data) is processed by Base44 and the third-party AI model provider it uses (which may include Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI) to generate responses. This identifiable data is used only to provide the feature and is not used to train AI models.
• These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the service.

You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from within the app, which revokes our access. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at mohammed.raheem.f@gmail.com.

Bookdt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
